Anniversary photos in Cancun

We went to Cancun to celebrate our 5 years anniversary. My wedding pictures from Brazil didn’t turn out good at all, so we decided to get somebody really good that could take our Anniversary pictures. Browsing online I came across with Claudia’s website and her pictures. I loved her stile, so I decided to get in contact with her. She was very fast to respond to my emails, always super helpful and nice.

When we got in Cancun, we were a little concern about the photo shoot because like I said before, we had a very bad experience in our wedding in Brazil. My husband was very uncomfortable and feeling a little overwhelmed in the beginning of our session. Claudia noticed this right away and start changing the way she was shooting to make him feel more comfortable. After 30 minutes or so, he was relaxed and enjoying the experience. Claudia drove us for 2 hours to different places, she found us the perfect locations with the beach and sunset of our dreams.

When we got the CD with our pictures, we had a great surprise…the pictures were so beautiful! They were absolutely perfect. The background with the beach and sunset were breathtaking. We could not be happier!!!

We can’t wait to go back to Cancun with our boys to take some awesome family pictures with Claudia!!!

Artistic, Imaginative, and Ingenious are the first few words that come to mind when I think about Claudia!

I must admit, I was a bit nervous hiring a photographer without meeting them not to mention out of the country but after reading Claudia’s OUTSTANDING reviews, I knew we did not have to look any further.  Claudia not only made taking pictures easy, funny, relaxing but she captured the surroundings of our wedding beyond what we could of ever imagined.

We were married Saturday evening and leaving Monday afternoon which did not give Claudia alot of time to process our pictures. Being the professional she is, Claudia met us at the airport in Cancun and delivered our disc to us.

Claudia Rodriquez from Claudia Photo Wedding Photography did an amazing job!!  She is very talented in what she does. My sister used her when she got married 5 years ago and I knew when I decided to have a destination wedding, that I would use her too.  She is very responsive to emails and will answer any questions you have.

The day of the wedding she showed up ready to take pictures from getting ready to first look pictures, the ceremony, cocktail reception, family pictures and then the reception.  We used her for 5 hours and I wish I would have used her for 8 hours since she did such a beautiful job!!! Her pictures captured all the moments I will remember for a lifetime. She was very professional and really knew the best shots to take. We decided to do first look pictures and I am so glad we did. When the wedding was over, the sun was going down. She sent me over 700 pictures to keep and I received them super fast within 2 months of the wedding. all of the pictures were so special and beautiful

Claudia was recommended to us by a co-worker and she didn’t disappoint. She was very patient through our planning process and very accommodating as we had several mix ups with the resort. The day of the wedding she was very good at organizing our group of 43 for pictures. Pricing wise I have no complaints, very reasonable and flexible. Lastly and most importantly the pictures turned out very beautiful!

5 Year Anniversary Family Session

Claudia photographed our wedding 5 years ago and for our anniversary, we had Claudia take family portraits with our two young daughters. First of all I STILL get compliments on our wedding pictures from people who have seen them online or guests in our home. I even have had multiple friends worry before their own weddings in the States that their photos won’t capture the beauty and memories like Claudia captured on our wedding day. She sets the standards high.

Our family session was the same experience as out wedding day. Claudia is warm, funny, accommodating, and makes you feel like you talk to her on a daily basis. Obviously on your wedding day people tend to cater to the bride and groom, but we were so happily surprised to find Claudia to be just as helpful during our family session. Watching her play with my 2 year old who was cooperating a little less than we would have liked put us at ease. More importantly, it put my toddler at east and she was able to capture moments that translated into BEAUTIFUL photographs.

Claudia is an extremely gifted photographer and I would highly recommend her. The only con is that I don’t live close enough to be able to work with her more often. Here’s to planning our 10 year anniversary session!

Expert in Lighting & Love

Pros: Best bang for our buck! Easy Communication! Trash The Dress!

Being a photographer myself, my choice of Wedding Day photographer was more important than the dress itself!! It was also a bit nerve racking to research photographers in another country. Claudia was easy & complete with her communicate before, during & after the Big Day! After  researching 7 photographers in all price ranges (from the “free with your resort package” to high end “more- than- my- car” budgets), Claudia was hands down the best choice!  She captured a great selection of posed/portraits, spontaneous candids  & high-end, fine art images all with great lighting & very natural editing! Claudia’s prices are worth every penny for  those priceless Wedding Day moments!  The Trash The Dress session was by far our favorite part of the entire Weddingmoon and the photos are simply GORGEOUS!!!!! Claudia did not disappoint! Now that it is all said & done, we don’t regret paying the vendor fee to bring Claudia on site. She is experienced with our resort & took us to her favorite cenote for Trash The Dress… the photos are proof that she is an expert in lighting & love!

We chose Claudia Photo based on her online portfolio. There were really no close seconds once I saw her pics. Her and her crew were absolutely amazing. I can’t imagine things being any more perfect. A lot of the resorts charge a fee to have an outside vendor but all you have left to remember the day is the pictures. I can’t imagine trusting something so important to anyone else. It is well worth the vendor fee and more to have such an amazing person/photographer capture your day.

My wife and I researched and contacted multiple photographers. However after reading reviews and looking at Claudia’s work we decided to go with Claudia and her team and can’t be any happier. So easy to work with, so professional and the end result – stunning pictures!

First of all, great communication start to end. We asked Claudia about the time of the ceremony and she suggested a time frame that would be the ideal for light for our location at Playa. Despite our smaller wedding party, she arrived not alone, but with an assistant and tons of equipment. We felt we are in good hands right then. Throughout the ceremony she and her assistant worked in tandem for light, switching cameras and all needed as if they knew the place, while in fact that was the first time they were at that temple. We did some pictures around a cenote where Claudia managed to make the best out of it despite the very little light. Then we went to the beach where Claudia led us from scene to scene like in a theater play. It was so much fun, I can’t believe the amazing colors.

The delivery of the pictures was within the promised delivery time frame and pictures are absolutely gorgeous.

So my advise – go with Claudia and you won’t regret it. Don’t even hesitate.
